Problem it solves:
Newcomers and students face a “System Literacy Problem”. They lack a mental map of the Canadian healthcare hierarchy, leading to dangerous delays in care or ER (Emergency Room) overcrowding. They often don’t know their eligibility for OHIP, the difference between Walk-ins and Family Doctors, or how to access care without private insurance.
