Project Description:

Latino newcomers often have basic English knowledge but experience “Communication Freeze”—a paralyzing fear during real-life interactions. Theoretical learning doesn’t build the practical confidence needed for daily survival.

A gamified “Survival Map” that transforms the city into a language gym, using location-based prompts to help users navigate real-world interactions without the pressure of exams.

Target Users:

Latino newcomers in Canada, Spanish speakers, English learners

Main Features:

  • Contextual Phrase-Kits (scripts for real-world scenarios)

  • Confidence Zones (progression system)

  • Gamified Confidence Point (CP) Tracker

Tech Stack:
Lovable, Supabase, ElevenLabs, Google Maps API, Vercel, Stripe, GitHub.
